SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping Policy (in US) - Studio JARI operates with orders  only on business days only. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing your order. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground. You may select Express Shipping for UPS 3 Day Select or Priority shipping for UPS 2nd Day Air. If you would like to have your order shipped more quickly, please contact us to make arrangements.

International Shipping Policy - We ship all of our products internationally. You can contact us via contact form for a quote. Please provide a complete shipping address, phone number, and a list of items you'd like us to ship to you.

Shipment Lead Time -Approximately 10 business days are expected for standard shipments of in stock items to arrive. If you have selected items that are special order, custom-made or back-ordered items, please contact us for detail.

Packaging - We use boxes and fillings to make your shipment to be shipped safe.

Payment Method - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. Also for orders of over $1,000 or more we accept bank wire payments. Customers are responsible for all wire transfer fees. 

Order Confirmation - We send you the order confirmation latter including an order number when the order is placed.

refund policy

General Return Policy - Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be notified and approved in advance by Studio JARI LLC. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. All opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.

Custom Orders - All custom-made items and special orders are non-returnable.

Refund Address - Please submit a contact form on the top of the page and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the message.

Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund. Please reference your order number when calling or e-mailing to check on the status of your return.
Internet returns may also be made in person to Studio JARI within 7 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.
